Apostle Richard Routie was born in Georgetown, Guyana, where he was ordained as a Pastor in February 1980 at Word of Life Ministries an apostolic prophetic church that he founded in Georgetown, Guyana while working in business.

He immigrated to the USA December 1982 and immediately took a career position on Wall Street with a Brokerage firm. He subsequently founded Restoration Christian Fellowship, Inc. (RCF) of Queens, New York and in Orlando, Florida. 

He is also the founder and presiding Apostle of the International Apostolic Partnerships (IAP) — an equipping global apostolic & prophetic partnership of covenant relationships of ministers, churches and businesses.

His ministry life’s vision and calling is for the emerging apostolic and prophetic movement in the earth, with strategic focus on equipping believers for service (Eph.4) especially for Marketplace Ministry.

As such he carries a strong burden for apostolic church foundation, leadership development, activating and releasing believers for business and marketplace ministry and the discipleship of people groups so that the church of Jesus Christ might fulfill the mandate of the Kingdom of God to the nations.

Apostle Routie has ministered in Africa, Asia, Canada, the Caribbean, South America and the USA. He has conducted targeted training to over 3,000 pastors in strategic apostolic “missions” outreach to un-reached people groups of the world.
